Hi, I'm Catherine Brittingham



I’m a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I help parents sleep train their babies/toddlers, so they can get a good night's rest to repair and restore their little bodies. I'm a wife and a stay at home mom of two. As a stay at home mom, my list of job titles is never ending, but it is the most gratifying job EVER. I have worked hard to sleep train my children through their different stages of growth. From night waking’s every 3 hours as an infant to a 3-year-old trying to sneak in the bed in the middle of the night. So, when my husband gets home from a hard day at work, we still have time to spend together before we go to bed. Yes, I wanted to become a Pediatric Sleep Consultant to help babies/toddlers get a good night's rest, but I also want parents, to be able to enjoy each other after having kids. With two hard working parents sometimes mornings and evenings are the only time you get during the week with your spouse. After a hard day’s work, the last thing you want to do is shift work all hours of the night trying to get your precious baby/toddler to sleep. You will not believe how many of my close friends have struggled with this, or they are being kicked through the night because they are bed sharing. Sleep is beneficial for everyone. That’s what I’m here for, to help you create safe and healthy sleeping habits so you can get back to those blissful nights.



Why Sleep Training





Sleep Training is teaching your baby to independently sleep and self soothe. So, if you want to improve your baby/toddler's sleep, then you have come to the right place. As parents, we all have been there, sleepless nights and early mornings, only to do it all over again the next night. Stop the cycle, and enjoy the evenings and mornings again. Sleep training is a process, and it will not happen overnight, but the end result will be worth every minute. With all the many milestones that your baby is hitting at their age, sleep is crucial. Custom Sleep Plans





Each sleep plan will be based off of a intake form that I will provide you with after the package is purchased. The intake form will consist of detailed questions based on age and temperament. This helps me create the best sleep plan for your baby/toddler. When you receive the sleep plan, it will be step by step and easy to follow. This is not a "one size fits all" sleep plan. Every baby/toddler is different, therefore so is each sleep plan. I will also provide each sleep plan with techniques to guide you through those unpleasant night wakings. I will be there to help you though this exciting journey of sleep training. Don’t give up! Every day is a new day, and a day closer to blissful nights!

  • One ​30 minute phone call (9 am-8 pm) to discuss your plan and answer any questions or concerns.
  • 3 emails total answering any other questions or concerns.

  • One ​30 minute phone call (9 am-8 pm) for the first week to discuss your plan and answer any questions or concerns.
  • 6 total emails answering any other questions or concerns.
  • One extra 20 minute follow up phone call(9 am-8 pm)for the second week.
